On the CutStudio Plug-In for Mac, the crop marks are not displayed for SV-15/12/9.The crop mark function is not supported on the CutStudio Plug-In for Mac. The crop mark alignment feature is available by using the STIKA Navi which is only available on Windows. We don't provide the STIKA Navi for Mac. JPG image is imported in an incorrect size.The size of JPG image can be changed by DPI. The default DPI setting in the CutStudio is 96 DPI. In Illustrator or CorelDraw, change the DPI settings to 96 DPI.
The object made by the drawing software is not imported properly.Please check that there is no effect applied on the object. The original vector object itself never changes even if an effect is applied on it. Create the object without any effects. |
