Roland DG CareWhat do I do when I have a technical problem?When you have a problem with your Roland printer, please contact your authorized service center. They will do all the necessary to guarantee the continued functioning of your Roland machine. If needed a field engineer will pay you a visit in order to solve the problem.
How do I maintain my machine?If you regularly maintain your machine, it will have a longer lifespan. Therefore, we advise you to follow the maintenance recommendations carefully. You can find these recommendations here.
