With immediate effect Roland DG now adds new warranty terms and conditions for existing and new Roland DG end-users, who now have the opportunity to choose a full 24 months hardware manufacturer warranty¹.  The new hardware manufacturer warranty covers purchases made from September 1, 2011 and onwards for all Roland DG hardware under printers, plotters, cutters, engravers, 3D scanners, milling and dental milling machines. The company's authorized partners in Scandinavia, Poland, Baltics, Russia and CIS markets will be responsible for handling the extended warranty under guidance and procedures defined by Roland DG service department, Roland DG Care.

As a part of strengthening the company’s position on the Swedish market, Roland DG North Europe A/S has appointed AB Spacio System, one of the leading suppliers within the screen printing business, as new dealer in Sweden. The new agreement focuses mainly on complementing Roland DG’s offerings in southern Sweden by selling the company’s UV printer line-up to Spacio’s key segment, but it also enables Spacio to sell the rest of Roland DG’s color products.
