With R-wear Studio software, you can make designs that  are easily applied to a garment or accessory. These designs can be made up of texts, pictures, drawings and rhinestones. An important aspect of R-wear is the engraving of a template for the rhinestones. You don't need experience in order to make professional templates. You only need to make a design for the stones in the software and send the data to the engraving machine.

 

Four steps to make valuable T-shirts

Applying a design and rhinestones on a T-shirt can be done by following these instructions:

• Make a design in your design software or use a design of your client.
• Print and cut the graphics.
  • Import the design in VersaWorks.
  • Print and cut the design with a printer/cutter from Roland.
  • Weed the excess material around the graphic.
• Add the rhinestones.
  • Import the design in the R-Wear Studio software and determine where you want to place the rhinestones.
  • The software calculates the costs.
  • Send the file to the engraving machine, which engraves the template automatically.
  • Add the rhinestones to the template by using a brush.
  • Place application tape on top of the stones.
• Apply the graphic and the rhinestones (by using the application tape) on the T-shirt and fixate with a heat press.
